Policy & Procedures

After your order is placed, the processing time is 1-2 days per order. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once your order is completed, there will be NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS to an order. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Note: If you request to change anything on a completed order, your order will be cancelled.* 

Please be advised that your shipping & billing address must directly align to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

High Profile Clothing reserves the right to refuse any refunds or returns at any time of your ordering process. 

Any approved refunds have a processing time of 3-5 business days to return to the card used at checkout. 

 

ORDERS

Please be advised that each order is fulfilled in the order they are received. This process can result in an item being unavailable before the order is processed. 

Once processing and handling processes are completed, you will receive an email (or sms message) that includes your tracking and delivery information. 

In the event that a shipment is deemed lost, stolen, or damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to process an insurance claim against the shipping carrier.

During the holiday seasons, please be advised that High Profile Clothing experiences their highest volume of packages which may lead to temporary delays. We will strive to provide the highest extent of customer service for all matters that are within our scope of support. Please be advised that all shipping carrier related matters are completely out of our scope of support to resolve. Please be patience with receiving your package and receiving updated tracking information.
