Order Processing & Shipping

    •    All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    •    Select new releases and restocks marked with “NEXT DAY” in the product description or social media caption qualify for Next-Day Shipping.

    •    Please note: During holidays and peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be delayed due to carrier volume and demand.


Tracking & Delivery

    •    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

    •    Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days via USPS or UPS.

    •    International orders may take longer; we recommend DHL Worldwide for the fastest and most reliable delivery.


Shipping Responsibility

    •    Once a package is shipped, High Profile Clothing is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

    •    For issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly:

    •    USPS/UPS (Domestic): For tracking, claims, or missing packages.

    •    DHL (International): For tracking, claims, and reimbursement inquiries.

    •    We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.


Returned Packages

    •    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


International Orders

    •    Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.
